Did you know you can just call and ask your credit card to decrease the interest rate?

I did this before with my Bank of America. I saw it on some newscast.

Today I called my Discover card, asked them how much my interest rate was, and then asked if there is anyway I can lower it. My current APR is 14.49%. They put me on hold as they transferred me to another department. Then the new operator said they could lower mine down to 12% if I wanted to. I said I was expecting 10% because my Bank of America was roughly that much. So the guy on the phone did his magic, and what do you know, he can offer me 10.49% interest as well! The truth probably was he can offer me it in the first place, but didn’t want to give it to me unless I asked. So I now have a lower interest rate with no strings attached.

As long as you are in good standing and have good credit with any credit card company, they would usually lower your interest rate as long as you just call and ask. And this is one of the most hidden secret to lowering your credit card payments.
