My Mustang was broken into a couple of weeks ago.
While parked overnight, someone cut through the top and ransacked my car. Fortunately, they didn’t take anything too valuable. Just some home-made CD’s, my toolbox, and my lunchbox. We had the police come and file a report. I then called my insurance, and they handled it for me. I had to drop my car off for a week, so I had to rent a car in the meanwhile. I rented a Nissan Altima.

Anyway, I just got my car back, with its new roof and new car alarm. This was kind of a mixed blessing because I needed to get that top replace anyway since it has another slash on it. And at least now, my insurance helped me replaced that top. But it sure was expensive renting the rental car, and fixing the alarm. This on top with my laptop issues last month, it turns out be a very expensive first quarter.
